This plan is for athletes of all levels who are looking to be as efficient as possible with their training time or compliment their sports specific training with a strength and conditioning program
Included:
Up to 3 days of planned work outs per week based off the athletes defined objectives, background and resources
Weekly feedback and program updates
Unlimited coach contact through TrainingPeaks and email to clarify questions and modify workouts
Basic nutrition planning (macros and calories balance)
Movement correction by video
Complete Program
For athletes of all levels who want to make a greater time investment into specific training for their objectives. This is full training plan leaving room for free activities depending on each individual person
